The D-645; "Deck Mounting Brackets" are used to mount the D-640; "Bench Brackets" or the D-648; "Canoe / Kayak Brackets" to the top deck of dock if you are not useing existing dock stabilizer pipes. SOLD & PRICED IN PAIRS.
