D-648; 1 Pr. Canoe / Kayak Brackets

The Canoe Brackets (D-648) are designed to fit on 1-1/4”  dock pipe (1-5/8" O.D.) or optional D-645; "Deck Mounting Brackets. ( D-645; Pictured as (H) on D-640; "Bench Bracket" drawing CLICK HERE to see). Both items are zinc plated and sold in pairs. Mounting hardware included.

The D-648; "Canoe Bracket" is made of 3/8" thick x 2-1/2" wide steel bar stock welded to a 2" O.D. tube that is 15-3/4" long, the tube has a 1/2" nut welded to it for fastening to 1-1/4" dock pipe with 1/2" x 1" hex bolt provided with product. The top formed bar is 26" wide between the 2 ea. 3-3/4" long formed up legs. ( Note: 26" is usually wide enough if put towards ends /points of canoe. ) The formed up legs have 13/32" holes at the top for the use of a bungie to hold canoe / kayak down if desired. The bar is welded off-set on the tube so only 8" is over dock ( 2" over tube ) and 18" is out over the water. Priced and sold in PAIRS.
