Pontoon Trailer Roller Guide-Ons, T-923; 25" to 29-1/2" tall model, are mounted to the cross member of the trailer frame and are located to the inside of the boats pontoons. They may be adjusted in & out for proper width to accommodate pontoon boat. The steel post weldments are made of 1-1/2" Sq. x 14 Ga. x 26" long tubes welded to 3/16" thick x 4-1/2" x 6" plates with a added gusset for additional strength. The plates have slots in the 4 corners to allow it to be mounted to cross members that are 2" - 3" wide. The adjustable, 13" overall roller assembly, has adjustment up to 29-1/2" high. Gold Zinc plated finish for added protection against corrosion. Packaged in pairs with all mounting hardware for trailer cross members 3" wide x up to 4" high.

    1st time I loaded my pontoon, bracket bent really badly. I do have a really heavy party cruiser 32. Thought they would be heavy enough, but guess not..

    We were shorted supplies of 4 -3/8" hex lock nuts and also, 8 3/8" lock washers.
