The dock frame is constructed of 8 foot truss frame sides with 4 foot cross member weldments bolted together with ½” bolts. Boat Trailer Accessories: Keel Rollers

Dock Accessories: Choosing a Bumper Mount

When you’re considering dock accessories, be sure to add bumper mounts to your list of what to add to your dock. They keep watercraft from bouncing into the dock and damaging the hull, the dock, or both. Bumper mounts aren’t expensive, and there are many styles to choose from so that you can add just the right size, style and shape to your dock.

Bumper Mounts and Dock Accessories

One of the most economical bumper mounts is an adjustable bumper bracket. Just add your own wood, a piece of scrap carpet, and hardware from our selection of boat dock hardware to affix the bumper mount to your dock. The Ve-Ve Inc. D-540 or D-545 adjustable bumper bracket features welded 1/2 inch nut for extra durability for the adjustment bolt and a painted gray finish so that it blends with the rest of your dock accessories.

If you want a bumper mount that slips right over your dock posts, look to the D-548, D-546 or D-541 bumper mount for dock accessories that are easy to add. These bumper mounts slip right over existing 2”, 1-1/2” or 1-1/4 inch dock posts. Just add a carpeted block of wood in either 2” x 4” or 2” x 6” size and you’re good to go. You can also use flat or grooved pre-formed dock cushions. The zinc plated finish on the brackets make it perfect for freshwater use.
