The D-636; "1 Pr. Stabilizer Pipe Clamps", ( For 1-1/2" Pipe, ( 1-7/8 O.D.)) are used to mount your own stabilizer pipe, angle or bar. U-shaped design allows bracket to be mounted on dock pipes already fastened to dock.( DOES NOT need to be slid over from the top of the pipe ). Clamps & fasteners are zinc plated.
