Trailer Spare Tire Carrier, SM-96; small, Locking model holds top mounting lug hole of tire 5" out and 3-1/4" up from top of the trailer frame or tongue. It is designed for 13” maximum tire rims. The heavy duty construction of the spare mount Tire Carrier fits most small rim applications.
NOTE: LOOK at DRAWING BELOW it shows there is another stud bolt in center of round wheel mount plate ( that is hidden by padlock ) that goes trough the clamp/lock angle. Tightening nut on this stud along with lug nut on top bolt stud that goes threw rim lug hole, hold spare tire firmly in place.
Added feature included is a lock-tab for optional padlock. Fits 3”, 4” and 5” frames. Zinc plated finish. ( Padlock not included )
