15 day grace on returns for refund on product cost only, ( NOTE: Product must be returned in original box and pass product inspection!). OR credit towards the purchase of another product.

After 15 days a 10% restocking fee will be charged, OR full credit towards the purchase of another product.

No returns after 30 days.

ALL "DOCK BRACKET, DOCK BUMPER, PIPE AUGERS, STABILIZER KITS, DOCK CLEATS & PIPE CAP / COVERS ORDERS" along with some small items WILL BE CHARGED A $14.50 MINIMUM SHIPPING CHARGE IF THE CALCULATED SHIPPING CHARGE ON YOUR ORDER DOES NOT ACHIEVE THE $14.50 MINIMUM.

WRONG ADDRESS CHANGES!! If UPS changes a shipping address due to a incorrect address put in by customer on there order, VE-VE Inc. will pass on the address change charge to the customer.
