The T-967-G; "HEAVY DUTY" 7-1/2' "Post Guide-Ons", are ideal for those larger boats that are to big for any standard Guide-On, on the market. The inside of the PVC Tube will adjust out up to 26" from the outside of a 2" wide trailer frame ( 25" on a 3" wide frame, 24" on a 4" wide frame & 23" on a 5" wide frame ). The main upright Post weldment is a 2" x 80" long sch. 40 pipe and covered by a 2-1/2" sch. 40 PVC tube that is 60" long ( Only 6" of the PVC tube is above the steel post ). The Post tube is welded to a 4-1/2" x 5-1/2" x 1/4" thick plate ( With an added gusset plate ) that mounts to the 36" long Adjustment tube made of 2-1/2" sq. x 11 ga. tubing with 1/2"-13 x 3-1/2" long U-bolts. The other end of the Adjustment tube fastens to the Adjustment mount plate made of 3/16" thick steel plate. The Adjustment mount plate will mount to trailer frames 2" - 5" wide and up to 7" tall. ( NOTE: Choose correct bolt length below in "Options Choices" ) . Packaged and SOLD IN PAIRS with all mounting fasteners. Standard "HOT DIPPED GALVANIZED" Finish.

NOTE: PIPE-LIGHT KITS DO NOT FIT ON THESE POST GUIDE ONS!

    These are Heavy Duty and I like them alot! Every large pontoon boat needs these (mine is 32ft and like a mini-house boat). I am going to be adding a second set to the middle of the trailer to help guide things in perfectly in heavy wind. The only thing that is not quite perfect is the plastic pipe sits on a steel ring that is possably able to scratch the pontoon section while loading. I wish the pvp pipe was longer and the steel ring was near the base of the poles. To fix this I simply got some black piping that fit perfectly over this section. It will still spin a little if needed.
