This time i was really steamed as the extra length was to finally complete my ramp. Packaging has improved however one box was damaged and a plastic bag with some hardware was breached which was a possible cause of my not receiving all of my order. My name is Edward Francis and I have spoken to John on each order that i have placed. I have not discussed the missing hardware until now as i just assembled the unit last week. I would appreciate receiving the u bolts to complete my project. The guides were the best design that I had found, but my trailer was a unique size, 3 1/2" wide box beam, so I inquired about the availability of a larger bracket to fit. I've seen a sailboat trailer manufacturer that has an adjustable tube bow stop that allows you to tighten it up before trailering. Something that allows the stop itself to be adjusted on the fly would be great.
