"Cement Anchor Cleats" are cemented into a 5 gallon pail or any cement form to make an anchor used to attach to and stabilize Flooting Docks that do not have guide pipes. Attach a chain or cable to the cleat on the anchor and fasten the other end to the Flooting Dock by useing either the D-475; "Chain Retainer" ( CLICK HERE ) or the D-452; "Flooting Straight Bracket" ( CLICK HERE ). The cleat is made of 3/8" diameter steel rerod. Zinc plated finish. Sold and priced as set of 4 ea.
