The #10818; 1-1/4" Pipe Washer is 3" O.D. x 1-3/4" I.D x 12 ga. ( .104 ) thick & fits over 1-1/4" Pipe that is 1-5/8" ( 1.660 ) O.D.. Washers are Zinc plated.
The #145; 1-1/2" Pipe Washer is 3" O.D. x 1-15/16" I.D x 12 ga. ( .104 ) thick & fits over 1-1/2" Pipe that is 1-7/8" ( 1.900 ) O.D.. Washers are Zinc Plated.
IWP-65-3; PVC Shim Bearing Tube. Converts 1-1/4" Pipe ( 1-5/8" O.D. ) to 1-1/2" pipe Outside dimension ( 1-7/8" O.D. ). PVC Shim tube is 7-1/4" long.
IWP-65-16; Quick Remove Pins ( 2 ea. ). Price is for 2 ea. Quick Remove Pins.
NOTE: Quick pins work on 1-1/4" pipe ( Up to 1-3/4" outside dimension pipe/tube material ). NOT FOR 1-1/2" pipe ( 1-7/8" O.D. material ).
IWP-66-2; Steel Pipe Axel. 1-1/4" x sch. 80 ( 1-5/8" Outside dimension ) x 13-7/8" Long ALUMINUM axel tube. NOTE: This axel fits wheels that are made for 1-1/4" pipe ( 1-5/8" diameter wheel hub holes ). If your hub hole in wheel is for 1-1/2 pipe ( 1-15/16" diameter wheel hub hole ) the use of the IWP-65-3; Tube shim is recommended. It slides over axel to bring the 1-1/4" Pipe ( 1-5/8" O.D. ) to 1-1/2" pipe Outside dimension ( 1-7/8" O.D. ). PVC Shim tube is 7-5/8" long.
The BLJ-60-8; Sheave / Pulley is designed for the Ve-Ve Inc. BLJ-60; Boat Lift Jack. The Pulley / Sheave is made of "Natural Acetal" plastic for extended wear life and exposure. The outside diameter is 2-11/16" x 1-11/16" wide with a 17/32" diameter hole in center.
The WD-55-16; "Dock wheel Axle mounts" ( SOLD & PRICED AS 1 PAIR ). Axle mounts are made of 2" x 154 w. Pipe and have 1/2"-13; Hex nuts welded to them for the 1/2"-13 x 1-1/2" set bolts. Complete with 4 ea. cotter pins & washers for 1-1/2" pipe.
NOTE: Axle mounts are ideally for 1-1/2" Pipe ( 1-7/8" O.D. ), but will work on 1-1/4" Pipe ( 1-5/8" O.D. ).
TheBLJ-60-9; "J"-Hook & Handle Weldment is used on the BLJ-60; Boat Lift Jack.
IWP-66-1-4; Axel Mounting Plates (ONLY!!)( SET OF 4 ea. MOUNTING PLATES ( For IWP-66 )) that fit lift frames that are UP TO 4" WIDE x 2", 3", 4", 5" & 6" high. Kit complete with 4 ea. Plates & fasteners to attach plates to lift. NOTE: ONLY COMES WITH FASTENERS TO MOUNT PLATES TO LIFT ( 8 EA. 3/8" X 5" BOLTS & NUTS ) Mounting holes are for 3/8" diameter bolts & center axel mount hole is 1-3/4", big enough for 1-1/4" pipe ( that is 1-5/8" O.D.). This axel hole is NOT large enough for 1-1/2" pipe ( that is 1-7/8" O.D. ).
Tough plastic 24" Dia. X 8" Wide - "Dock / Boat Lift Wheels" are molded with virgin low density polyethylene. 750# ea. load rating. Center hub hole recieves 1-1/2" pipe ( 1-7/8" ( 1.900 ) O.D. ) for axle or use spacer bearings ( provided with wheels ) for 1-1/4" pipe ( 1-5/8" ( 1.660 ) O.D.) axels. IWP-66; Boat Lift Wheel Mount Kit fits lift frames up to 4" wide x 3", 4", 5" & 6" high. Kit complete with all parts needed (4 ea. Plates, 2 ea. Axles W/ shim tubes & fasteners) to mount 2 Ea. 1-1/4" or 1-1/2" hub wheels. Wheels sold separately.
NOTE: Kits are now supplied with 2 ea. "Quick & Easy" disconnect pins ( pictured on DETAIL page ) for outside end of Pipe Axles. This NEW type of pin makes for easy wheel mounting or removal. The cotter pins that are in some product pictures & schematics are only used on inside ends of Pipe Axles now.
