Dear John,
I would like to take a moment to compliment you and your staff on one of the finest products I've ever incountered. I recently purchased one of your Aluminum Boat Roller Ramps, model DDA-1017, and I can't begin to tell you how pleased I am with it.
The fit and finish of every piece is flawless, and I thank you from the bottom of my heart for the incredible ease of assembly. Take something as simple as a U-bolt. It fulfills a fairly simple, straightforward function, and the kit had dozens of them, but in 50 years I've never incountered one that actually fit where it was supposed to go without applying some persuasion, or chasing the threads or otherwise expending extra time. Until now, that is. To my delight and amazement, every single one of the 40-odd U-bolts in my ramp kit slid into place effortlessly. And of course it got better from there. Every single part is a work of thorough presision, and the ramp assembly went together perfectly. No bending, no tweaking, and no "persuading."
The welding is sheer artistry. I know from experience how hard it is to make MIG welding look good, and your work is beautiful. No spatter, no sticking, and you can't even find the starts and stops. Gorgeous!
The forethought that went into the design is terrific, as well. What at first glance I initially thought was a gap in the weld on the winch post is obviously intended as a weep hole to prevent it from filling up with rain water, even though there is a cap on the tube. Great idea.
Every aspect of your product shows care in construction and a tremendus pride in workmanship. Even the packaging is perfect; all pieces are firmly held in place, the small hardware is packaged in sturdy plastic bags, and logically arranged. As mentioned earlier, everything fits together perfectly.
Your customer service is absolutly top-notch as well, as I discovered over the past few weeks, in that you answer all calls yourself, and you always take the time, explain any answers and to explore possible ideas and improvements with your customers.
In short, I wish everything I ever bought displayed the same level of quality that your products do. I wish you continued success, and I'm sure I'll be calling again.
