"Cement Anchor Cleats" are cemented into a 5 gallon pail or any cement form to make an anchor used to attach to and stabilize Flooting Docks that do not have guide pipes. Attach a chain or cable to the cleat on the anchor and fasten the other end to the Flooting Dock by useing either the D3-475; "Chain Retainer" ( CLICK HERE ) or the D3-452; "Flooting Straight Bracket" ( CLICK HERE ).   The cleat is made of 3/8" diameter steel rerod. Galvanized finish.
