The T-976-18; is 1 pair (1ea. shown) 7-1/2' Bunk "Guide-Ons" and is the same as the T-976, except it is LESS WOOD. It COMES with the carpet for 2 ea. 8' long 2" x 4" boards, but you buy your own wood and staple the carpet to it. ( You save $60.00 !! ) by doing this, compared to a standard T-976. Heavy duty 1-1/2” Sq. x 12 Ga. (.109) thick steel tube bunk arms are formed at 96 degrees ( 6 degrees out past 90 degrees ) and give both horizontal adjustment AND vertical adjustment with telescoping bunk mount tube. Inside of bunks extend out to, 17" on 3" wide frames and 18" on 2" wide frames, on each side of trailer frame and 28” to 40” in height. When the tubes are mounted at the widest point on 8 Ft. bunks, the maximum width between the clamps is 83". Gold Zinc Plated finish for added protection against corrosion. Sold per pair with all mounting hardware for trailer frames up to 3” wide and 5-1/4” high.

NOTE: To upgrade to carpet that covers 2 ea. 2" x 6" x 8' long boards check option UP-1599 below.
For frames up to 6-1/4" high check option T-8-16 below for longer bolts.
NOTE: When mounting "Guide-On's" on trailers with steps behind the fender, the 2 outside holes may be drilled through the step next to the frame for the mounting bolts to go through to the bottom clamp plate.
NOTE: I-Beam trailers. Our clamps work on I-Beams UP TO 3" WIDE. For I-Beams that are 3-1/2" wide, call 763-427-5330 to have special clamps ( outside holes are slotted to mount to a 3-1/2" wide I-Beam ) packaged instead of standard clamps. PLEASE, ONLY ask for this by phone call, NOT by making a note on order. Also, ONLY ask for this if needed, you DO NOT want the slotted clamps on 3" wide frames. Also, if your I-Beam is WIDER then 3-1/2" you can mount with the standard clamps by drilling holes through the top & bottom inside flange legs of I-Beam to allow the bolts to pass down to the bottom clamp plate, this will NOT hurt the strength of the frame.
